Job Description: Medical Patient Liason Administrator
Join our small team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference to the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as raising invoices, changing appointments and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized and consultation rooms ready for clinic
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and ideally, electronic medical records (Semble)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus but training will be provided
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Medical Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
