As Matchday Hospitality Staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you’ll ensure every visitor enjoys a first-class hospitality experience on matchdays.
What you’ll be doing…
- Provide excellent front-of-house service, greeting and assisting guests
- Serve food and beverages in lounges, boxes, or hospitality areas
- Support with setting up and clearing down hospitality areas before and after events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all service areas
- Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth and professional matchday service
- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times
- Respond to guest needs quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
