Volunteer Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to join our matchday team, positively contributing towards creating a safe and inclusive environment for supporters on a home matchday at Highbury Stadium.
The role is ideal for individuals with exceptional customer service skills and that enjoy engaging with people.
Duties
- Assist first time supporters on entry to the stadium
- Meet the away supporter coaches and direct fans towards the stadia hot spot locations
- To be on hand to answer any pre-match supporter queries
- Assist the Community Trust in any pre-match and half time activities
- Promote inclusivity throughout the supporter base
