What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors with a warm smile, check their tickets, and help them find their seats.
- Crowd Management: Direct foot traffic, handle queues, and ensure the crowd flows smoothly.
- Customer Assistance: Provide guests with information, answer their questions, and ensure they have a fantastic experience.
- Safety and Security: Keep an eye out for any issues, report incidents, and help maintain a safe environment.
- Support Team: Work closely with your team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
