Job Title: Match Day Steward
Location: The City Ground, Nottingham NG2 5FJ
Hours: 5–15 hours per week (on match days and events)
Job Description: Crowdsafe UK is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Match Day Stewards. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all supporters and visitors at Kenilworth Road on match days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist supporters with a friendly and professional attitude
- Provide clear directions and support with seating and stadium facilities
- Monitor crowd behaviour and follow safety procedures
- Support the overall match day operation and emergency protocols
- Maintain punctuality and a high standard of presentation at all times
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous stewarding or event experience is desirable but not essential
- Weekend availability
