The primary role of a steward is to assist with the delivery of an enjoyable and safe experience for fans. Stewards help to maintain a high level of customer care and provide practical assistance both inside and outside of the stadium. Duties can include meeting and greeting fans, assisting fans to their seats, observing fans behaviours, searching, queue management.
Successful candidates will need to be willing to complete spectator safety training.

- Good communication skills
- Skills / Qualities required:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (NOT required for stewards)
- Confident to approach and resolve conflict
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Reliable and well organised
- Punctual and on time
- Work well as part of a team and as an individual
