Marketing Officer (Live Show Support) - Cantonese Speaking
Location: Manchester
Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive team member with a passion for live broadcasting, digital marketing, and social trends. Native-level Cantonese and English are essential for effective day-to-day communication across our UK and Hong Kong teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Officer
Prepare and organise materials and products prior to live broadcasts
Assist in planning the live show calendar with KOLs and merchants
Collaborate with video and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor and respond to audience engagement during live shows
Oversee customer service and order fulfilment during live broadcasts
Develop content for in-app promotions, emails, social media, and web
Support with ad-hoc marketing tasks and cross-functional coordination
Key Requirements & Qualifications of the Marketing Officer
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail
Native fluency in Cantonese and Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in live broadcasting or media is advantageous
Knowledge of GA360, Tableau, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, start-up environment
Immediate availability preferred
