The Role: Marketing Executive
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team in Bolton. You’ll play a key part in building our brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting our continued growth. Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of digital marketing, social media management, and wider marketing strategy, ensuring NWCE Foodservice Equipment remains the first choice for catering and hospitality professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and our company website.
- Create engaging content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X), build our online community, and interact with our audience.
- Work closely with service and sales teams to support business objectives through marketing initiatives, product launches, and targeted promotions.
- Plan and deliver campaigns to generate leads, increase customer retention, and build brand loyalty.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximise ROI and meet key KPIs.
- Manage the company website, ensuring content is current, informative, and optimised for SEO.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters, case studies, brochures, and press releases.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies when required.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent NWCE at events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed to promote our services.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within a busy, service-led environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and basic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to keep up with marketing trends.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and an interest in the foodservice or hospitality sectors (desirable, not essential).
