Marketing Support Co-ordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Support Coordinator to assist in the execution of our marketing strategies. This hands-on role supporting multiple areas of the marketing function from content creation and social media to campaign execution, industry research, and administrative support.
You’ll also liaise directly with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaigns aligned with brand messaging and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Execution
•
Create and edit marketing content including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, and website copy.
•
Write tailored content for key business figures e.g., executive posts, Q&As, and leadership spotlights, aligned with their roles and expertise.
•
Support the implementation of quarterly and thematic marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
•
Coordinate internal interviews and briefings with subject matter experts for accurate and relevant content.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
•
Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X etc..
•
Liaise with group company personnel and internal departments to gather updates, stories, and content relevant to ongoing business activity.
•
Monitor platform performance metrics and support basic social media reporting.
•
Monitor competitor marketing.
Email Marketing
•
Create and schedule branded email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp.
•
Maintain mailing lists, segment audiences, and support A/B testing and analytics reporting.
Photography & Visual Asset Coordination
•
Arrange and manage staged photography sessions for executive profiling, campaign content, and general brand imagery.
•
Coordinate personnel, equipment, locations, and timing to ensure high-quality visual production.
•
Work with design agencies or internal teams to ensure final assets meet brand and campaign requirements.
•
Tag, file, and maintain visual content in a structured asset library.
Marketing Administration
•
Liaise with head of business and design agencies to coordinate creative literature such as brochures, one-pagers, and promotional material.
•
Support the tagging, logging, and proper storage of marketing materials and digital assets.
•
Maintain organised records of campaign files, marketing plans, and shared resources.
Research & Industry Intelligence
•
Research and compile insights on key industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations.
•
Identify relevant trade shows, webinars, and industry events and maintain a shared calendar for team awareness.
•
Support the creation of case studies by gathering internal and external data, conducting interviews, and drafting copy.
Skills & Qualifications
•
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
•
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, admin, or content creation role.
•
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
•
Experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, or equivalent tools.
•
Strong organisational skills; able to multitask and manage timelines.
•
Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
•
Familiarity with basic photography setup and social media asset planning is a plus.
•
Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
