At Curo, we're passionate about creating quality homes that transform communities. Our Enterprise Sales Team plays a vital role in connecting people with their perfect home, and we need a creative marketing professional to help tell that story.
This exciting fixed-term opportunity puts you at the heart of our sales success. Working closely with our Sales Team, you'll create compelling campaigns that showcase our developments and drive sales across both open market and affordable homes.
You'll bring fresh ideas and marketing expertise to maximise our sales revenue through innovative digital campaigns, engaging social media content, and eye-catching marketing materials that make potential buyers stop and take notice.
What you'll be doing
- Creating and managing effective advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms to drive sales
- Producing engaging marketing materials including e-flyers, social media content, and website updates
- Managing our marketing calendar to keep campaigns and deliverables on track
- Leading the creation of new marketing content including virtual tours, video content, and coordinating photo shoots
- Maintaining and expanding our client database whilst ensuring GDPR compliance
- Working with external designers and agencies to prepare accurate sales details for developments
- Monitoring marketing trends and competitor activity to keep our approach fresh and competitive
- Providing marketing analysis and reports on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on results
- Attending weekly development visits to gather content and meet with Sales Negotiators
- Managing marketing budgets and supplier relationships to ensure value for money

More about you
We're looking for a creative marketing professional with experience in the property or house building sector. You'll have strong digital marketing skills and the ability to create compelling campaigns that drive results.
Essential:
- Experience carrying out marketing activities, preferably in a house building environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, paid advertising, and social media management
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems
- A proactive, results-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
Desirable:
- Relevant marketing qualification
- Experience creating video content and managing photo shoots
- Knowledge of property marketing regulations and requirements
