We are looking for a diligent and meticulous Marketing Campaign Associate to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of coordinated marketing campaigns. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to be part of our dynamic team, collaborating across various Specialised Modalities to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor coordinated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on enhancing lead generation, building brand awareness, and encouraging customer relationships. This includes event planning, execution, and reporting results.
  • Support the tactical mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics such as events, webinars, content marketing, and thought leadership to successfully reach individual program goals.
  • Coordinate promotional outreach across all channels including sales presentations, brochures, white papers, and other SME content.
  • Coordinate site openings, key customer events, virtual site tours, and videography/photography in collaboration with internal counterparts and external agencies.
  • Work with Brand management to implement media plans and messaging, coordinating with public relations service providers.
  • Complete digital programs with the Digital team to attract new prospects, including developing campaign landing pages and managing digital content. Measure and monitor results.
  • Support the development and roll-out of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Cultivate excellent relationships and work closely with other CMO departments and Strategic Marketing teams within the divisions.

Key requirements:

  • Consistent track record of handling change to a successful conclusion and getting things done.
  • Strong competence in branding, positioning, and a passion for perfect campaign execution.
  • Excellent business, creative, and social skills.
  • Ability to cultivate brand advocacy among employees, partners, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical competence with knowledge of brand/data metrics and reporting.
  • Great teammate with a proactive and efficient approach.
  • Ability to establish relationships with and handle multiple partners and vendors.
  • Collaborative style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
