You will be building Business Intelligence products and delivering research that inform market positioning and day-to-day recruitment, marketing and admissions activity. You will provide specialist professional advice and guidance to colleagues within the wider MORA department and deliver their market research and intelligence requirements to ensure our activities are targeted and measured effectively. - Experience of interrogating and analysing large datasets to deliver recommendations and actionable insight.
- Experience of using both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and reporting on findings in a variety of formats.
- Experience of proactively improving a process or approach for continuous improvement.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use judgement and/or adapt in more complex situations.
- Ability to cultivate successful relationships with key stakeholders and provide an exceptional service through collaboration.
What we can offer you

- Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.
- Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel.
- Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
