We are a well-respected business who have been supplying high pressure, safety critical valves to the oil and gas, power generation and nuclear industries for over 30 years. We have a huge and complex range of products and offer a one stop shop service comprising of machining, welding, finishing and testing/certification to both ISO and power industry standards.
Due to continued growth and thriving order book we are now looking to recruit the below role.
Manual centre lathe turner
Main Duties: -
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Machining of exotic materials .
Screw cutting
Working to tight tolerances.
Use of inspection equipment to monitor quality of components.
Completion of paperwork as per the company quality system.
Requirements: -Time served, fully skilled manual centre lathe turner.
3 flexible working hours offered, 37 hours per week.
1st shift 6.40am-3pm (20min dinner)
2nd shift 7am-3.30pm (30min dinner)
3rd shift 8am-4.30pm (30min dinner)
Must be a UK resident
