Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out client requests such as trades, withdrawals, and generating updated client documentation within SLAs.
- Supports carrying out daily control checks to ensure the proper functioning of Managed Services, where required.
- Provide support with ad-hoc data analysis tasks to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
