Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques.
