Maintenance Planner
We are now looking for a
Maintenance Planner
to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent, and the preferred location is in Marples Way Havant.
What you will be doing
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for co-ordinating site facilities maintenance across five units. This role involves coordinating with various departments, external parties, stakeholders for site-related issues and projects, while ensuring compliance to Health and Safety regulations such as Construction Design Management (CDM) and security protocols.
As a Maintenance Planner, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance for site facilities and plant.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Facilities Management: Liaise with external contractors for site facility and plant related services and supplies.
- Project Delivery: Assist with improvements/upgrade projects as required
- Budget Management: Manage the facilities management budget
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Ability to prioritise accordingly
- Flexibility in handling a variety of tasks
- Contractor management experience
- Administrative skills: time & workload management, office 365
- Strong time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Interpersonal and communication
- Ability to manage conflict and resolve in a timely manner
