We urgently require an experienced individual who can carry out maintenance duties within an elderly care home setting. Ideally suitable candidates would possess previous work experience, excellent DIY skills and a good understanding & knowledge of building maintenance to carry out various day to day repairs. This post could suit someone who has retired and happy to work one day a week. You would be asked to work every Friday, 6 hours per shift.
