Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills to perform maintenance and repair tasks across the home . This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard, you will be responsible for addressing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Supervise small teams when necessary, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with residents regarding their needs and expectations.
Skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry.
- Ability to maintain tools and equipment properly for optimal performance.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with an understanding of various maintenance practices.
