Job Advert: Maintenance / Handyman (Self-Employed) – Warwickshire & Coventry

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance / Handyman to join our team on a self-employed basis, covering Warwickshire and Coventry.
Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance tasks and be comfortable working independently across various properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety in their day-to-day duties.
Duties Will Include:
- General plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps)
- Painting & decorating
- Basic carpentry (e.g., assembling furniture, fixing doors)
- General handyman tasks (e.g., hanging shelves, minor repairs, odd jobs)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or similar handyman roles
- Own tools and transport
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
Location:
Work will be across sites in Warwickshire & Coventry, so flexibility and travel within this area is essential.
Self-employed (you will be responsible for your own tax and insurance)
