Machine Operator / Manual Labourer
Location: North of Norwich

Pay: £13.20 per hour (includes a £0.50/hour attendance bonus)
We are a well-established, family-run timber processing business with over 40 years of experience, specialising in fencing and pallet timber. Based just north of Norwich, we’re looking for a hardworking and motivated Machine Operator / Manual Labourer to join our close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the timber industry. You’ll be trained on the job, working with specialised machinery and contributing to the production of high-quality timber products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling and processing timber manually
- Operating sawmilling and other production machinery
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Following all health and safety guidelines

Hours of Work:
- Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:30
- Total: 44.5 hours per week
Please note: You must have your own transport, as punctuality and reliable attendance are essential to the role.
