About the Role:
As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in:
- Providing a welcoming, professional presence to all clients and customers
- Preventing loss through vigilant monitoring and strong awareness
- Handling incidents discreetly and efficiently
- Working in partnership with store teams to maintain a secure, premium retail environment
What We're Looking For:
- SIA License (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A smart, well-groomed appearance suitable for a high-end retail setting
- Calm under pressure and able to handle sensitive situations discreetly
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing security (preferred but not essential)
Shift Flexibility:
- We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank (on-call/casual) positions
- Shifts aligned with store trading hours including weekends and evenings
