As our Luxury Retail Assistant, it will be your duty to greet and serve all our customers in a friendly and highly professional manner. You will offer appropriate advice and recommend suitable products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- To provide all customers with excellent customer service in line with luxury customer service standards
- Have and maintain excellent, up to date product knowledge
- Processing customer transactions effectively
- Providing an attentive service to our customers by listening to their needs and recommending suitable products within our luxury beauty department
- Ensuring the retail area remains neat and tidy
- Putting away retail stock, ensuring prices are on display
- Responsible for shop/retail area - maintain stock levels, stock rotation, monitor expiry dates
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a luxury retail environment
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems and remain calm when under pressure
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Professionalism - in appearance and communication
- A team player ready to support the retail team
