Overview
We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join our team and aid in the deployment of our Immersive Kits and handle internal operations. You’ll be a key part of the Be There Operations team and will have an opportunity to coordinate the movement of equipment from our London HQ to across Europe. You’ll also assist wit he growth of our league partnerships and the expansion of our sport portfolio. You’ll be given an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of Be There as the platform grows.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute end‑to‑end logistics for our Immersive Kits; booking freight, securing carnets and arranging local couriers across Europe.
- Own inventory management: maintain our asset database, schedule maintenance/repairs and track serial‑level movements.
- Coordinate on‑site operations: book travel/accommodation, arrange venue access and ensure crews have the right kit.
- Act as primary contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers and rental vendors, negotiating rates and SLAs.
- Create and improve SOPs for packing, shipping, RMA and health‑and‑safety compliance.
- Support partnership rollouts: liaise with league ops teams to align timelines, kit configurations and escalation paths.
- Monitor spend vs. budget, raise POs and reconcile invoices with Finance.
- Analyse logistics data to surface bottlenecks, savings opportunities and utilisation trends.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Supply‑Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field or 3+ years of experience in coordinating international shipments for tech or broadcast equipment.
- Working knowledge of INCOTERMS, carnets and ATA/EU customs processes.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; ERP or asset‑tracking software experience is a plus.
- Clear communicator who thrives in cross-disciplinary, fast paced environments.

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
