Job Summary
We are seeking a loft insulation installers to join our team to cover up to a 2 hour radius from the Cheltenham area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing/upgrading different insulation materials to domestic & commercial propertie's lofts spaces to improve energy efficiency.
The Insulator will work closely with other tradespeople and must be able to follow safety protocols diligently.
This is a self-employed position with weekly pay every Friday - invoice templates provided - very good rates of pay.
Immediate start available.
Duties
- Apply insulation materials to the undersides of pitched roofs (inside the loft), loft flooring and more. most of the time this will be in residential propertys and the occasional commercial setting.
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly in the van after use.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing duties on-site.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to and from jobs.
- Proven experience in installing insulation or a related energy/loft field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to commuicate with customers professionally & complete post install documents with signatures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
