Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Loft Insulation Installer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential properties to enhance energy efficiency and thermal performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install loft insulation materials in a variety of property types
- Lift and replace floorboards as necessary to complete installations
- Work with laminate and hardwood flooring as part of insulation projects
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Loft Insulator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials and modern installation techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in confined spaces and variable weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
