Job Overview:
British or European Live In Carer Driver with Car as per clients request.
We are currently seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care, dementia care, and patient care, with the ability to administer medication and assist with daily living activities.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility, including heavy lifting if required
- Provide first aid in case of emergencies
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is desirable
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centred care
- Proficient in administering medication and following healthcare plans
- Experience with driving for client transportation purposes
