Chamarel Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Live-In Support Worker to join our specialist supported living service in Edgware, supporting adult men with mental health diagnoses. This is a full-time live-in role offering a competitive rate of £700 per week, plus accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored support guided by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the Recovery Model
- Assist residents in developing independent living skills, routines, and wellness goals
- Support individuals in managing day-to-day challenges linked to mental health
- Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and professional boundaries maintained
- Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a similar supported living or mental health role (essential)
- Working knowledge of PBS, trauma-informed care, and recovery techniques
- Right to work in the UK and availability to start from the first week of August 2025
- A clear enhanced DBS check (existing check preferred)
- Strong communication, empathy, and commitment to person-centred values
