Location: Based in March, Cambridgeshire (live-in)
Pay Rate: £130 per day
Shift Pattern: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (or similar pattern)
Driver: Essential (over 25, with business insurance)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Support Worker for an engaging and fulfilling live-in role supporting a client with complex clinical needs in March, Cambridgeshire. You will be based in Luton, but the role involves live-in stays supporting the client's independence, health, and wellbeing in their home.
Your primary duties include assisting with personal and bowel care, managing a suprapubic catheter, health monitoring, and providing general emotional and practical support. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in clinical care tasks.
Your Role:
- Provide clinical care including catheter management and bowel care
- Assist with personal care, meal prep, and general household support
- Support emotional wellbeing, promoting independence and dignity
- Engage positively with the client, maintaining a structured and encouraging home environment
Who We Need:
- Experience with spinal injury, tracheostomy, or similar complex clinical support
- Confidence in managing catheter care and manual bowel evacuation
- Drivers aged 25+ with valid business insurance
- Compassionate, professional, proactive, and detail-focused
