Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable women? The Nelson Trust is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Liaison and Diversion Keyworker to join our Women's Community Services team in Gloucester!

- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Hours: 35 hours per week (with flexibility)

About the Role: You'll be working in partnership with Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to deliver a gender-specific diversionary scheme. Your mission? To divert women away from the Criminal Justice System and into comprehensive support packages at the earliest opportunity. You'll be the guiding light, providing 1:1 signposting, practical advice, and holistic support to help women build their confidence and make positive changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee referrals to appropriate support services.
- Provide personalised, trauma-informed support.
- Work closely with core services to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' experience working with women with multiple complex needs.
- Strong partnership development skills.
- Experience in needs assessment and support plan delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Car driver with current licence and willingness to travel.
