We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Maintenance Co -Ordinator to work in a fast-paced office. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the overall purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day property administration.
You will ensure that properties are maintained effectively, build relations with tenants and landlords and portray a positive professional image of the company in your activities. Applicants should be proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills.
Ideally you will have experience working within Residential Letting / Property Management and have a good over-all understanding of the maintenance side of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Liaising and co-ordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Working on telephone and email maintenance request from tenants
- Manage multiple maintenance issues in parallel from initial notification through to resolution
- Log repairs on Jupix database, Arranging repair & maintenance quotes
- Preparing works orders and follow through to completion of repair
- Co-ordinating access to properties
- As required assisting with the monitoring all safety certification/checks are up to date, ensure that the landlord is aware when they are due and instruct as necessary. Monitor until safety certificate/report is received into the office and saved on to the system.
· On call for out of hours emergency on a rotation basis
Requirements you will need: -
- Experience of repairs and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail

- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Professional and presentable
- Reliable, flexible and friendly
- Preferably at least one year’s experience working within property lettings.

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
