We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Retrofit &
Sustainability to join our dynamic team at Abingdon & Witney College (Net Zero Skills Hub).

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of
future professionals in the built environment sector, with a focus on
sustainable design, energy efficiency, and low carbon retrofit strategies.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching activities aligned
with the institution’s sustainability goals and the evolving needs of the
construction and environmental sectors.

We are looking for someone who is:
  • Passionate about sustainability and the built environment.
  • Experienced in retrofit practices, energy modelling, or sustainable construction.
  • Committed to innovative teaching and student success.
  • Eager to contribute to industry engagement.

Although a teaching and assessing qualification is desirable, we will consider a candidate who is new to teaching. Training in these areas will be provided.
