The department is also investing in a New Product Development kitchen onsite, in which industry specific qualifications will be taught at levels 2, 3 and 4. The lecturer will be required to develop the industry qualifications ready for delivery early 2026 including allergen awareness, HACCP and higher food safety. Experience in this field would be advantageous.
You must be qualified to a minimum Level 2 (or equivalent) in an appropriate catering or hospitality qualification. Proven, relevant industrial experience is essential.
