Role Overview:
- We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Business Leasing / Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for generating and converting new leasing enquiries into successful deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to vehicle order. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound new business leads
- Generate personal and business contract hire quotes using funder systems and internal tools
- Present leasing options clearly and professionally over phone and email
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close deals with customers and suppliers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle offers, funder promotions, and industry trends
- Work closely with the Sales Administration team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Update CRM systems and follow internal sales processes and compliance guidelines (FCA/GDPR)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a telesales, B2B sales, or automotive sales environment
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to upsell and promote leasing options
- Previous office experience in a customer service role
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience in car leasing or the automotive industry is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with funder portals and CRM systems desirable
- FCA compliance awareness or certification is a plus (training can be provided)
