Job Title: Learner Support Executive
Reporting to: Head of Learner Support
Salary: £25,000
Location: Remote
Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organised Learner Support Executive to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations related to learner support and administration. You will be responsible for working closely with awarding bodies, processing registrations and certifications, and engaging with our in-house tutors and assessors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for helping learners succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Learner Support and Administration:
- Act as the first point of contact for learner queries, ensuring they receive timely and professional support.
- Process registrations and certifications, liaising with awarding bodies to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date and learners have everything they need to complete their courses.
- Engage with tutors and assessors to coordinate schedules and resolve any learner-related issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with awarding bodies, ensuring all registrations and certifications are processed smoothly and any issues are quickly resolved.
- Maintain clear communication with learners, tutors, and assessors to keep them informed about schedules and requirements.
Sales Support:
- Engage with potential learners to provide information about our qualifications and services.
- Support the learner enrolment process and assist with basic promotional activities where needed.
Programme Coordination:
- Work with our tutors and assessors to ensure the successful delivery of programmes.
- Provide feedback and reports to management on learner progress and satisfaction.

- Strong organisational skills with experience in administrative roles, preferably within the education and/or fitness sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic work environment.
