### **What You’ll Do:**
- Deliver **tailored mentorship**, adapting to each child's unique learning style.
- Implement **effective behaviour management techniques** that promote emotional resilience.
- Support academic development, particularly in **Maths**, building strong foundational skills.
- Design and lead **engaging educational activities**, suited to different developmental stages.
- Collaborate with **parents, teachers, and specialists** to create comprehensive support plans.
- Apply **behavioural analysis strategies**, encouraging independence and personal growth.
- Track and assess **progress**, providing insightful feedback to parents and educators.
### **What You Bring:**
- Expertise in **behaviour management** and emotional development.
- Experience in **early childhood care**, especially with young learners.
- Background in **special education** or related fields (**highly beneficial**).
- Knowledge of **speech therapy techniques** (**an advantage**).
- Familiarity with **applied behaviour analysis principles**.
- Strong mentoring skills with a focus on **empowering young learners**.
- Solid **academic tutoring abilities**, particularly in **Maths**.
- **Patience, empathy, and excellent communication** to nurture positive relationships.
