Join Our Caring Team as a Learning Disability Support Worker
About Us:
At People in Action, we're more than a charity organization; we're a close-knit team dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults in leading independent lives within their own homes and communities. Our journey began in the 1980s under the visionary guidance of our Trustee, Jeff. We've continued to grow, and our services now extend to the welcoming communities of Warwickshire and Worcestershire, where we provide Person-Centered Care to all our cherished Customers.
Job Description:
As a Learning Disability Support Worker, your role is both diverse and incredibly fulfilling. You'll be there for our clients, helping them with every aspect of their daily lives, from personal care to shopping, managing bills, attending medical appointments, to exploring the local community, and much more. No two shifts are alike, which means each day brings new opportunities to learn and make a difference. You'll develop deep connections with our customers, becoming a reliable, kind-hearted, and compassionate Support Worker who actively contributes to their growth and daily well-being.
This is more than just a job; it's a chance to positively impact the lives of the people you support!
