Hello,
We are looking to recruit a full time support worker with minimum of 2 sleep ins to join our experienced and dedicated team. Previous experience is not necessary, you just need to be enthusiastic, caring, reliable, flexible and have patience, as full training will be given.
You will be supporting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities living in a supported living setup with 2,3 or 4 adults living in each house. We have 12 houses around the Herne Bay area. A driving license and use of own vehicle is essential. Mileage costs are covered when using your vehicle, with a subsidised rate paid to drive from your home to work and home again.
You will receive daily job satisfaction working with some amazing people enabling them to live life to the fullest. You will be supporting people to do general household day to day tasks as well as all the fun activities such as, bike riding, swimming, cinema trips, bowling, walking, kayaking, holidays local and abroad, weekends away, pub and restaurant trips, zoo, shopping, theatre and lots of party's!
28 paid days annual leave per year.
£68 per sleep shift worked.
£12.21 paid from 7am-10pm and sleep is paid at £68 from 10pm-7am
shifts could be 9am-6pm, 3pm-10pm, 10am-10pm we try to be as flexible as we can.
Overtime available.
