JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker

LOCATION: St Neots (PE19)

SALARY: £14.40 - £15.00* per hour

HOURS: 36 per week

UK driving licence required


About Eynesbury House:

Eynesbury House supports 9 adults who have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability

We offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progressment opportunities within the social care sector

Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!


As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
