Job Description
The Learning and Development Department is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Training Administrator (maternity cover) starting in October.
Our department supports the development needs of employees across the UK and Ireland, organising training courses at various locations and online, as well as offering a range of personal development solutions. As the L&D Training Administrator, you’ll play a key role in a fast-paced, friendly team providing essential support to both associates and external training providers. You’ll also help coordinate activities and programmes that support development across the region.
Your contribution to something big
- Monitor the Learning & Development email inbox, respond to queries and provide assistance where appropriate
- Coordinate training course bookings in cooperation with our central HR Service Hub
- Liaise with training providers and venues to confirm arrangements and resolve any issues
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and ensure accurate financial records
- Organise logistics for training events (virtual and in-person)
- Create and follow up on training service tickets with the central HR Service Hub
- Maintain accurate training records and compile statistics and reports as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident multitasker, capable of managing several projects at once
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Additional Information
This is a 15 month maternity cover role with flexible location options.
