Business Support Administrator
This role has a hybrid working style but there is a requirement to attend the office one day a week.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic business support administrator to join the business support team which supports Adult Care Financial Service
Adult Care Financial Services have responsibility for a range of finance based processes around paying for social care services and for managing the finances of some of the people who use our service.
We are looking for a competent individual to join the team to undertake a range of administrative duties. You will need to:
- be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative
- demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands
- possess problem-solving skills
- demonstrate good communication skills
- work well as part of a team.
The role will require accurate data inputting and numeracy skills and you will have had experience of using a range of IT software, including Microsoft packages and SharePoint.
You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations.
