Vacancy: Lead Worker - Green Activities x 30 hours per week
Do you have a passion for being outdoors ? Do you have experience of leading workshops that promote wellbeing? Do you want to make a difference in local communities?
We are looking for an on-the-ground Lead to join our lottery funded Community Green project, to develop and deliver a range of accessible nature activities within local communities.
To apply for this role you will need to have experience of horticultural activities eg seasonal growing, developing green spaces and facilitating group work which promotes wellbeing for children and adults. You will be able to manage your own time and support others.
Hours: 30hrs per weekbetween Monday to Saturday.
Location: Based in Ashton under Lyne, working across Tameside.
Salary: £26,668 FTE ( pro rata @30 hours)
Contract Length: This post is funded by NLCF until 31st July 2028
