The role involves the grounds maintenance of a number of sites in the South Manchester/ East Cheshire areas. Qualifications/ Certification in the areas of Weed control (PA6), Health & Safety would be of benefit. Previous experience in a similar role is required. Any hard landscaping experience would be of benefit. Clean driving license necessary. Some overtime is available.
This job also involves winter management services, including gritting and snow clearance . Early starts, evening and occasional night works are sometimes required. Overtime and time in lieu are paid and awarded as necessary.
