Established for over 45 years and now one of the North West’s leading& multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Laser Operator to join our busy and expanding Laser team based in Darwen, Lancs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Laser Operator, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience operating CNC Lasers would be an advantage
- Good understanding of engineering drawings
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
- Counterbalance FLT licence is an advantage
- Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Able to work pro-actively
- Work overtime when necessary.
Working Location/Environment
Darwen, Lancashire
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 9:30pm to 6:30am
Salary
OTE £13.31 - (Basic Rate £12.50 p/h + £100 Per week Attendance Bonus)
