Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Leading Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible installing, maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are of the highest quality
Responsibilities
- Perform all landscaping installation tasks such as laying patios, Fencing, decking, joinery work (fencing/planters/pergolas)
- Dig and build landscape features as required, Set levels using laser/string
- Operate power tools and mechanical equipment for landscaping projects including diggers/dumpers
- Utilize hand tools for precision work in garden areas
- Assist with groundskeeping duties to uphold the aesthetic of outdoor spaces
-Organisation of materials/staff/equipment is paramount. The ideal candidate will be required to liase with customers, so communication skills very important.
Skills
- Proficiency in landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate power tools and mechanical equipment effectively
- Knowledge of Hard & Soft Landscaping
- Familiarity with using hand & power tools for detailed landscaping work
- Experience in paving (porcelain/sandstone & block), joinery, excavating, drainage, brickwork, and turfing. Technical knowledge and experience is essential as this role will be leading the team in renewals work
-Experience in leading a team is greatly beneficial to this role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £650.00-£850.00 per week
