Job Summary
I am seeking a dedicated and reliable Labourer to join our team of landscapers. This role involves maintaining gardens and assisting to create customers dream outdoor areas. We will provide training on the job and you will gain an unlimited amount of knowledge during the years you work with us. We always like to see our team achieving and growing from labourer to semi skilled to fully skilled and we will assist you in this process. You will be handling both hand tools and power tools to achieve the desired results. We work in and around Northampton, Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and many more areas. Our yard is based in Kislingbury, Northampton so the ideal candidate will have to be local to this area as the team meet at the yard for 7am everyday.
Duties
- You will be working with a team of 2-3 skilled landscapers and assisting them in general labour works.
- Operate hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shears as well as power tools like lawn mowers and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to operate various gardening equipment including power tools safely.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, you will have to be reliable as we have many existing and returning customers who expect the high level service we currently provide.
- A valid UK driver's licence will be required for transportation between job sites.
- Ideally 25 or older due to our insurances for driving our vans
- Previous experience is preferred
