We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a KS3 Tutor. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in education and a desire to support children in their learning journey. The successful candidate will work closely with students to enhance their understanding of the curriculum, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
Duties
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions for KS3 students, focusing on key subjects.
- Develop personalised learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to implement strategies for students with additional needs.
- Utilise effective communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
