We're on the hunt for an energetic, hard-working and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our fast-paced, passionate team. This isn’t just a sink-and-scrub role; it’s a foot in the door to the exciting world of hospitality.
You’ll be a key player behind the scenes, helping our kitchen run like clockwork while also getting hands-on experience plating and presenting our stunning food platters and even taking them to the table. During busy service, you’ll also jump in to support our front of house team, so if you love being where the action is, this one’s for you.
This role is perfect for someone who’s keen to learn, thrives under pressure, and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-moving team in a premium food and drink venue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our kitchen sparkling clean and organised, from dishes to equipment
- Supporting the chefs with basic food prep, always following top hygiene standards
- Helping set up and display our signature platters and serve them to guests
- Assisting our front of house team during busy periods to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Restocking workstations and keeping supplies in check
- Handling food storage and waste safely and efficiently
- Pitching in with cleaning, inventory, and any other tasks that keep the wheels turning
What We’re Looking For
- Some kitchen or hospitality experience is great, but not essential — attitude matters most
- A good grasp of basic hygiene and safety (we’ll train you on the rest)
- Someone who can keep calm and stay organised when it gets busy
- A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and delivering great service
- A strong team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
