Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support the cooking team during busy service times by providing timely assistance.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules and deep cleaning tasks as required.
Skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous.
