Dornoch Castle Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Porter
Candidates must be able to;
- Work to a high standard from the daily list set out by the senior chef on duty.
- Work as part of a team during service
- You will work on any sections as required and will be responsible for maintaining standard of product and service, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- To implement & monitor all Health & Safety and hygiene practices and procedures
- Will report to Head Chef or senior chef on duty
