We’re looking for a proactive Kitchen & Bathroom Labourer to support our Operational Teams in delivering high-quality installations. If you take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (7:30-4:30 with 1 hr unpaid lunch. Need to be flexible to business needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the safe and efficient removal of existing kitchens and bathrooms as part of planned works.
- Identify and mark the location of pipes and cables to prevent damage during works.
- Complete tasks to a high standard, on time, and in line with risk assessments and safety protocols.
- Operate site plant and equipment safely, adhering to all Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and tidy worksite, managing waste in line with legal and environmental standards.
- Take personal responsibility for your own health, safety, and welfare, as well as that of colleagues and customers.
- Ensure compliance with IT Security and Data Protection legislation.
- Support the wider team with additional duties as required, with training and supervision provided for higher-responsibility tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in multi-skilled trades, particularly in kitchen and bathroom installations.
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- CAT B Asbestos Removal (Essential Qualification however Training will be provided if not already held)
- Working at Height Qualifications (Essential Qualification however Training will be provided if not already held)
- Full UK Driving License
